Head To Heel started in the car after competitions.

In the quiet rides home, the “I messed up” conversations, the backstage nerves, and the moments when confidence disappeared, we kept feeling the same thing: dancers train their bodies every day, but no one really teaches them how to train their minds.

As a dance dad and a dancer, we lived both sides of it. We understood the pressure performers feel and the helplessness parents feel when they just want to say the right thing at the right time.

So we built what we couldn’t find: a mindset app rooted in real dance life, created to help dancers stay confident, recover faster, and handle pressure with support that feels personal.
