How do I get support?

What if I’m having trouble signing in or opening the app?
Let us know whether you’re on iPhone or Android, and tell us what happened right before the problem started. That helps us help you faster.
Can parents contact support too?
Yes. Head To Heel is built for dancers and parents, and we’re happy to help either side of the dance family.
Does Champion only help one person?
No. When one family member has Champion, the whole family benefits from deeper tools, clearer support, and a more connected experience around preparation, performance, and growth.

We built Head To Heel to support real dance life, and that includes support when something isn’t working.
